1. 30-Day Risk-Free Trial Period

All Audora hearing aids come with a 30-day return window, beginning on the date of delivery. This trial period allows you to wear your hearing aids in real-world environments — whether at home, outdoors, at work, or in conversation — so you can fully assess comfort, sound quality, and functionality.

If you’re not satisfied within this 30-day window, you are eligible to request a return or exchange with no restocking fees or penalties.


2. Refunds & Exchange Options:

We offer flexible options to meet your needs:

  • Full Refund: If your hearing aids aren’t the right fit for you, we’ll issue a 100% refund of your purchase price once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Exchange: Prefer to try a different model or pair? No problem. You may choose to exchange your current device for another style, size, or version — we’re happy to help you find the right solution.

Please note: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.


3. Return Shipping Responsibility:

To keep our pricing fair and accessible to all customers, we ask that customers cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return authorization number (RMA)
  • Step-by-step return instructions
  • Our return shipping address

You may choose your preferred shipping method, but we recommend using a trackable and insured service to ensure safe delivery.


4. Condition of Returned Items:

We kindly ask that returned products be in like-new condition, including:

  • All original components (e.g., charger, case, eartips, manuals)
  • Original packaging (if available)
  • No physical damage or excessive wear

This helps us process your refund or exchange as quickly and efficiently as possible. Missing or damaged accessories may result in a partial refund at our discretion.

6. Exceptions & Additional Notes

  • The 30-day window begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Returns initiated after 30 days may not be eligible for a full refund but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair may not qualify for refund or exchange.
  • Promotional or bundled items may be subject to adjusted refund terms if part of the bundle is returned.
